9 February, 2015 - Confirmation of the abstract acceptance 

10 - 16 February, 2015  - Registration fee remittance

14 March, 2015 - Final papers submission (Submission just on-line http://www.eis.ktu.lt/index.php/EIS/index)

 

Conference fee is 70 Euro, which covers:

• Participant pack and badge;
• Lunch and refreshments during the Conference;
• Reception dinner after the conference;
• Conference proceedings E. Book (CD format) (will be send after the publication via regular mail).

 

Travel and accomodation costs are not included. Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
